The Gold Coast is the fastest growing regional area in Australia. We have it all, lifestyle , infrastructure and many planned improvements in the pipeline. The coming years will see many more people move to and invest here from interstate and overseas.
Population of our city is currently growing by about 15,000 people per year, so there will be plenty of future demand. We have 70 km's of pristine beach with an average water temp of 22 degrees c. With 287 days of sunshine yearly our residents have plenty of time to enjoy our wonderful beaches and thousands of parks.
